Our Process
We work alongside your team every step of the way with planning, filming, and editing. Our goal is to accurately translate your ideas to a final product.
Step 1: Project Scope
We first determine the Scope of your Project. This includes determining the number of filming days, crew size, location restrictions, logistics, gear needed, and extra costs. We also determine your final deliverables– how many, length, alternative versions, subtitles, and file format. A project quote is sent over for approval.
Step 2: Pre-Production Planning
Once the quote is approved, we move on to Pre-Production Planning. Here, we have everything for the shoot day and the final edit. We schedule the shoot date, time, and location. We then work with your team to create a script, determine the style of the video, and secure any talent needed. For the final edit, we discuss desired graphics, tone, and deadlines.
Step 3: Production
We meet your team on location the day of the shoot. We first like to get a tour of space and establish a base camp for the day. We then unload and set up our gear. Once set up, we start filming following the production schedule. We strive to be non-intrusive and respect your work environment.
Step 4: Post-Production
Post-production is broken up into three steps: first draft, second draft, and final third draft. Our turnaround time for a first draft is between 1-2 weeks depending on the scope of your project. Your team reviews the first draft and provides feedback on music, graphics, style, content, and direction of the video. We make your requested changes and send over a second draft. You provide final feedback. We make those changes and provide a third and final draft.
Step 5: Deliverables
Your project is complete! We share your final product as a digital download via Vimeo or from our server.
